Replacement projects, coordinated from first look to final cleanup.

A practical path from today’s home to tomorrow’s.

Replacement is a real construction and logistics project. Good planning makes the sequence understandable and helps surface site-specific questions early.

01

Share the starting point

Tell us where the property is, what is there now, what you hope to replace it with and the timing you have in mind. Photos help us prepare for the first conversation.

02

Initial project review

We review the property information, likely access constraints, the existing home and the services that may be required. This identifies early questions—not a substitute for an on-site inspection.

03

Site visit and feasibility

A site review helps confirm measurements, transport access, grades, utilities, foundation conditions and local requirements. Specialty contractors or officials may need to provide separate evaluations.

04

Home selection

Compare available Pine Grove plans, sizes and options against household needs and the physical limits of the site. Model details, pricing and lead times are confirmed before ordering.

05

Scope, schedule and approvals

The project scope is organized around removal, site preparation, foundation, transport, installation, utilities, permits and finish work. Responsibilities and exclusions should be documented before work begins.

06

Old home out

Utilities are safely disconnected, the old structure is removed or demolished as planned, and disposal and cleanup work proceeds according to the agreed scope.

07

Site ready

Foundation or support work, access, grading and utility preparations are completed and inspected as required before delivery.

08

New home in

The new manufactured home is transported, placed, joined when applicable, anchored, connected and completed through the required inspection and finish sequence.

Begin with the basics

You do not need every answer to start.

Property details and a few photos are enough for an initial project review.
